Features:

Cooler cleaning:
1. After the cooler works for a long time, the surface of the tube wall is gradually formed with dirt, which affects the heat exchange effect. At this time, it should be cleaned, and the cleaning cycle can be determined in about one year according to the cleanliness of oil and water.
2. When cleaning, kerosene (gasoline, trichloroethylene) can be used to wash the tube bundle, end cover and shell, etc. until they have a metallic luster. After reassembly, perform a pressure test of 1.25 times the design pressure without leakage.
